Aerial view of Rezidence: square sand lots divided by water canals, the office square with trees and a pool — Sand lots and canals, office square at the bottom

Lot 04 at ground level: the FOR RENT sign with the lot's size, prims and weekly rent, sand and sea behind — Lot 04 and its FOR RENT sign

The Rezidence Land Office: reception desk and two Land Office terminals, a pool in front — Land Office: pay the weekly rent at the terminal here

How it works. Buy the lot for L$1: teleport to it, open About Land and click Buy Land. The covenant is shown there, and buying means you accept it. Then pay the weekly rent at the Rezidence office terminal within 30 minutes, or the lot goes back to the estate and the L$1 is not refunded. Your paid time starts when you pay. The list is read live: a lot leaves it the moment it is bought and comes back when a rental ends. Teleport to the office.
